- Building permits are required for building erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, removal, conversion, demolition, fencing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sidewalks and driveway work.
- It is the applicants' responsibility to call IOWA ONE CALL (800) 292-8989 before construction is started.
- No permit can be issued until all fees have been paid and no work can commence until the permit is issued.
- The zoning and compliance form must be included with each permit.
