Yoga is for everyone! Yoga provides strength, flexibility, and balance for both body and mind.  Regular yoga practice can help improve circulation, digestion, and posture.  It can stimulate the immune system, decrease stress level, boost self-esteem and create a sense of calmness.

DescriptionBasic flow yoga more for beginner to intermediate experience. you will learn several poses and proper alignment of the body. This will help increase strength, flexibility and peace of mind. Participants will need to bring a yoga mat or towel for the class. Some yoga mats are available to use for the class.
