|Cost:||$30 each session for one day a week, $60 each session for two days a week, $90 for each session 3 days a week|

|Description||Get a full body workout in 45 minutes. This two month program will give you the motivation and techniques to achieve your 2018 fitness goals using a variety of body weight exercises that are adaptable for all fitness levels. No prior experience is required for this class and all skills are welcome! Please wear comfortable clothes & tennis shoes, no jeans!
