|Cost:||$70 for two months of classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, an additional $10 for Mondays at 5:15am (Mondays will only be 5:15am Class for Session 3 ONLY)|

|Description||Get a full body workout in 45 minutes. This two month program will give you the motivation and techniques to achieve your 2017 fitness goals using a variety of body weight exercises that are adaptable for all fitness levels. No prior experience is required for this class and all skills are welcome! Please wear comfortable clothes & tennis shoes, no jeans!
